RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Product

Customer must return the product within 14 working days from the received date and the product much be in the following:

• The products must be in good condition with packaging;

• The products must be unopened and full equipment;

• Tag & label must be attached same as the original; and

• Attached your Order Number with the product.

After the Company received the product, we will examine the product and will notify you within a reasonable period of time for returning product. The Company reserve the right to return promotion product and hygiene product.

The Company will accept for the returning product and its package only the product must be in the conditions as the following table. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to return the products.

In case the product has returned to the Company, because of the uncompleted delivery for any reason. The Company reserves the right to cancel your order and we will refund the payment to you as soon as possible, therefore, if the product cannot be delivered due to any uncontrol event such as an epidemic, natural disaster, terrorism, demonstration, and others which is influenced the delivery to be unable to deliver for a period of more than 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Non-Return Products

• Products which have been opened and costumed before return to the Company;

• Products which have been washed and laundered or any action;

• Products without important parts ex. tag, package; or damaged product;

• For the hygienic reason, the Company reserve the right to not accept return product as follow: innerwear, bag, shoe, sock, belt, hygiene mask, and bedding products;

• Products which have passed 14 days from the purchased date;

• If the customer does not have a receipt (purchase order/ credit card slip/ return product form);

• Products which have been scratched, damaged, or soiled by the customer; and

• Products which have purchased by using a discount coupon or receive as a free gift.

This return processes will start after the Company have examined the product from you. It may take approximately 7 working days from the date received the product. If you have any inquiry, please contact us at email: [email protected]

Refund Payment

1. Payment by credit card method

Once the Company received the refund product from the customer, the payment refund will immediately send to the card-issuing bank within 7-14 working days. Then, your refund period will depend on the terms and conditions of the issuing bank within 30-45 working days

2. Payment by internet banking and cash on delivery (COD)

The Company will process the payment refund by transferring payment to your bank account within 7-14 working days. The bank account name must be the same name as the customer name. If the Bank account name does not match with the customer’s name, the Company would request a copy of the signed identification card, both customer and person who own the bank account, to confirm that the customer agree on the transferring payment to that bank account.

• The Company reserves the right to return the product, in which you do not follow our process.
